Children

Here at Living Well, we value our children. We have four age-based classes every Sunday morning so that each child can learn about Christ in the way that is best suited for their development level. During Sunday service, we offer nursery for infants, a Preschool class for kids ages 3-5yrs,  School age classes for both 6-7yrs and 8-9yrs classes, as well as a Preteens class for our older 10-11yr olds. We begin each Sunday morning together in the main sanctuary, and children are dismissed to their classes during greeting time.
Throughout the year, there are a few times that a month has a "Fifth Sunday". On these special Sundays, we keep the kids in the sanctuary for the duration of the service. On these special Sundays, the children will sometimes open up the service by leading the congregation in worship. We think these Sunday's are important as they allow the children the opportunity to worship alongside their parents, as well as give the volunteers a break so they can worship with the congregation.

Karen has been serving in Children's Ministry for over 30 years. She has a love and passion for teaching children the truth of God's word and their value and identity in Him, and has built a team of volunteers to join her in that mission.
